It was a real shame. I really liked this girl, and she did everything she could to turn me on.
Although I kind of have an idea of what caused it, I want a little extra advice and clarifications to make sure this does not happen again. I'm 22 years old, btw.
Firstly, I took stims earlier in the day. A preworkout supplement called Mr. Hyde contains about 400mg caffeine, but I never thought "stim dick" would happen to me. I'm pretty tolerant, so I thought hey, no big deal. I took this earlier in the day that she was visiting me at about 4PM, and I guess by 9PM, it hadn't worn off. Any fellow meatheads experience this?
-> I am going to completely stop taking preworkout supplements altogether. Yes, they do help my performance in the gym, but at the same time they are a lot of extra money and do fuck with my sleep. Now, it also seems like they mess with my dick too!
I was kind of stressed out. I have a family member in the hospital, so that's been bothering me. I didn't get much sleep the night before. Kind of messed up the timing of our date so there was a chance she wasn't even going to see me and it kind of upset me a bit. I don't know if any of this had to do with it.
It was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. I feel like I wasn't THAT nervous in that I wouldn't be able to get hard, but perhaps this was another part of it. I felt pretty calm for the most part, and she really turned me on. I wish my dick and I were on the same page, hahaha. While I feel like I could just easily stop watching porn, I find it kind of difficult to get hard without it. I just tested it this morning. I laid in my bed and starting masturbating trying to think about the beautiful girl last night, really trying to relax, and could only get about half hard. I felt like I could masturbate forever too, when I cum to porn in under a minute. I felt like when she was sucking my dick the other night, I barely felt anything. I actually came when we were lying in missionary position and rubbing against her, half-hard, lol. Perhaps it was just the thought that we were in that position in the first place and it was like, "Wow, I'm really about to have sex," or so I thought... It was really tragic.

So yeah, I will:
1. Stop taking anything with ridiculous amounts of caffeine
2. Just try to relax and fix my sleep schedule
3. Stop watching porn completely
Does this sound like a decent plan of action for now? Are there any exercises that would be beneficial or any other things I should keep in mind? I originally joined this site a couple months ago because I wanted to last more than 10 seconds my first time, but I guess now I just want to be able to get it up and in! If I could hit two birds with one stone though, that'd be really awesome of course.

Just re-read your post- 400mg caffeine is A LOT. Have experimented for a while with 200mg caffeine caps and decided to use them only while driving for 12+ hours if I really feel sleepy. It's too tiresome on the nervous system, makes you over-train, and it's only short term only since you will develop a resistance to it anyway (followed by a need to take it just to get to your regular levels before it).
PW I'm taking 2g beta alanine + 4g AAKG + 4g citrulline malate + 4g creatine

Good stuff, man. Yeah, beta alanine and creatine were part of my old stack and worked wonders. Haven't tried arginine or citrulline malate, but have heard good things overall. I will check those out!

I recommend increasing your natural vitamin C intake to help purge the caffeine out of your system (Oranges, grapefruit, etc). You're going to have a major brain cramp until then.

Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, in high doses it causes temporary/reversible ED, so does anxiety, and porn dependance as it alters one's perception of sexual reality and expectations, as well as increase anxiety.
As advised above, just relax, many people get anxious on their first time, that is absolutely normal and expected, don't sweat it, its okay.

If you couldn't feel much during oral, it's a sign you're gripping way too hard when masturbating. Ease up the grip or use a sleeve - the sensations will come back after a while.
