I am currently on day 8 of No Porn,masturbation,orgasm and even fantasy (well i am trying my best)
I don't have porn induced ED anymore but i do suffer from low EQ when having sex and i believe its because my brain never got to fully reboot from my porn addiction. My plan is to go 100 days without any stimulation except for some flaccid stretches and kegels before continuing my Jon Pop beginner routine. I think this is the fastest way to kick porn induced ed. I tried doing no PMO and PE and even tho i had great morning erections,my EQ with real women were 60-70% percent at best and i came to orgasm to quick. I also had urges to watch porn since my brain still associated manual stimulation with porn some of the times. What do you guys think?
