Ok so I am on the jp90 beginner routine and I finished off last weeks workout with a little bit more intense session at a 70% erection and did about 4 rounds 100 each. I was fine and have been fine since ive increased it during the routine. But then the past 3 days it feels like no blood is going to it whatsoever. I havent woken up with any type of erection. Its been hard to get an erection, then today for my starting session for the week I was having a hard time getting to the proper erection level so I just did about 2 rounds of 50 each to take it easy. I took the proper 2 days off also. Then me and my wife were going to have sex and I couldnt keep it up. We have been having issues lately and fighting alot and talking about if we are happy anymore or not. But my wife is very attractive so I rarely have that issue. Then about 1 hour ago I wanted to masturbate because me and my wife havent had sex in like 3 days and it wasnt going to happen tonight because we fought when that happened earlier. So I turned on some porn ( I dont watch it often so porn is not making it so I cant get hard over the real thing, at the very most like once a week.) But point is, it took me like a couple minutes and then I was hard as a rock, and sitting at a clean 5.7 in girth, (note that I have never measured that high I am usually around 5.4 and I am 8.25 in length) it looked alot wider also but just as long. So I guess I gained alot but it doesnt show as much all the time or something idk So I guess my question is, what could all that be? I thought maybe I went too hard but at the same time I havent had that issue and have been fine, or maybe if it was my body trying to adjust, or if it was me and my wifes issues? Could anxiety affect it that much? Or would that be PIs?

No, it's overworked. 100 x 4 jelgs. Really? That is a bit much even for the advanced PE'r which I am one. 100 x 3 (300) is more like it which is the prescribed amount. Doing too much will do you no good because you can't make it gain any fibers any faster especially doing too much or increasing intensity before your penis is conditioned slowly into that intensity level. It is not like pumping iron, bro, in no way, shape or form. It takes most of us men about 2-3 months of safe weight lifting to gain 1/2 inch or so where the rest is just blood inflating the muscles which die down after a while. And here is the kicker. Muscles were meant to adapt to weight by compensation of muscle mass where the penis was and it not meant to be changed/plastically deformed at all.
So, you got some expanded fibers but that is all which will die down as well. But at what cost? Now, it is worn out where you have to let it rest a while. Pay attention to your PI's and take it slow. Don't do more than needed with PE because you really don't gain anything outside temporary expanded tissue. I am telling you this as someone advanced in PE. The choice is yours.Begin 7/25/2011:

Ok so take another couple days off? And would you reccomend knocking the reps down to exactly what it says in the jp90? The 50 for jelqs and 30 for v jelqs and 3 rounds of that? I guess I got a little over excited when I saw my first gains so I did just a bit too much lol. Happens I guess but I learned my lesson. Definitely will keep taking it slow from now on. I was doing fine on saturday, then on the last day I was like oh well ill try going harder on the last day before my two day break. How long of a break should I take?

Actually is it 300 reps. Alternating hands equals 1 jelg so the total number of actual jelgs is 300.
