Ok ill start edging in a month or so, how much time should a edging session take.
I know i cant be anxious, ill try to relax more from now on-
Yes im thinking on doing 20 reverse kegels followed by 20 kegels and ending with 20 reverse kegels again. And yoga stretches with reverse kegel brathing after. And rest 2 days.
What do you think?

A standard edging session can be done for up to 20-25 minutes.
As I mentioned to you in the PM, please note that the organs involved in ejaculation are like most any other organs in the body- if they're not used they tend to atrophy. Ok thanks for the help until now
Ive made up my mind, i will only do cardio, squats, abs and stretches for now, cause ive been anxious and i dont think its a good idea to start kegeling now with anxiety and stress. Probably in a couple of weeks or a month ill be more relaxed so i can start kegeling. But Big Al you are saying that i shouldnt be 1 month without ejaculating?
Ill keep writing in this thread sometimes so i can tell how the rehab is going
By the way, could you guys tell me what are the best yoga stretches for tensed pc muscle?

Unless you have a specific reason I wouldn't recommend waiting a month to ejaculate.
Deep squats resting in the bottom position should help immensely. If your problem is severe, then you should get a medical professional's opinion on the matter.
Look into ways in which you can calm your anxieties about this too. Positive visualizations while you train would be very helpful, and consciously avoiding thinking about your issues when you're not training should also help.

Ok sorry for the mess with the PMS.
Ill start doing deep squats every other day, or every day, and some yoga stretches.
About the anxiety doing edging helps a little because when im erect my pc muscle is very relaxed, and i actually get more relaxed when aroused, ill start doing edging some times. should i ejaculate every time i edge?

I'd recommend doing so, since not ejaculating can cause vasocongestion as well as control issues.

Ok thanks for the tips on edging.
Im just doing crunches, hip drops etc... I just asked cause sometimes when i do it it does make a little pressure on my PC contracting him sometimes a little.

Hey everyone, just wanted to say that im going great, more relaxed, and my pc is actually more relaxed, kegeling doesnt feel as weird as before, can get 10/10 while edging or masturbating, and ive been edging every night, but ill think ill rest 3 days now.
Stretching is helping a lot, mostly deep squats, and yoga stretches also help, but im working more on squats.
Thanks for everyone who helped me until nowill keep posting every week to tell you how my rehab is going and hope this thread could help anyone with my problem
