Hi everyone, haven't been hanging out here for a while, don't know a better place to ask for advice regarding my problem.
I've recently injured my testes and had surgery on them to fix the damage. Testosterone replacement therapy for life in my early twenties yay)
After the surgery I tried to be as careful as possible and only recently tried to masturbate(3 weeks after), I've noticed a drastic decrease in EQ (Went from 9 to 5). The worst part is, there is an unexplained(no incision around there) dent on the right side of my erect base where I don't feel any muscle(as if it has shortened upwards), just the hard-string-like part of the penis. Should I be worried? Even though I've spent countless hours lurking forums, I haven't come across similar stories.
Sorry if it makes little sense, I guess I'm too worried to post on these forums atm.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. The dent could be the start of Peyronie's Disease, or it could be something completely different considering your surgical history. Peyronies Society Forums - Peyronie's Disease is a good resouorce for information on peyronie's.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you injure yourself? You don't have to answer if you don't want.

Skiing accident, I landed on my crotch. Peyronie's sounds pretty scary.
I did have some pain in my penis, but it went away so I assumed everything sorted itself out. It is almost midnight here and I'm off to bed. Is there anything I should do asap to prevent it from getting worse?Current: 7 NBPEL, 5.5 mid EG, 5.8 Base EG

Sorry to hear about your accident Hunglet. I would ask your surgeon or urologist about this make sure you don't have a complication. It could be s simple as tissue that has not regenerated yet, since internally stuff might have been move for the repairs but better be safe than sorry. If any corrective issue is needed you want it now. Good luck!

Forgot to mention one thing! after the accident I felt some pain on the left side of my penis for a couple of days, pretty much through the entire shaft.

Go straight back to the doctor buddy, preferably make an appointment to see your surgeon about it, you need to be 100% sure of this, we can only speculate on here.

wish you the best too. It happened recently, so healing will probably still make things better on its on. Just keep seeking info now, so you know that you have done everything, and to not find the answers when things are too late.
