Not the actual quality of the erection, but going from flaccid to erect. For some reason I can only ever remember getting erection through IK'ing while I feel the flow of blood go to my penis. Hopefully I am somewhat making senses.

This is exactly what I noticed is true for me as well as I started to fight my premE problem lately.
The same IKs that cause me to be ready to blow off so early are the same that give me the erection at first.
I concluded if I ever would be able to stop the IKs down there at the perineum, I will suffer from ED instead...
