  • How to increase libido?

    Not sure if this is the correct forum but I have been seeing a fluctuation in my libido. There are some days my libido is high and other days where it's low and sexual thoughts never even enter my mind.

    I would say my libido is low for the most part, so how do I increase it naturally? I'll be honest, I haven't had sex for a while, but even watching porn doesn't seem to do much for my libido at the moment.

    What would you suggest to increase libido naturally?

      Porn isn't going to do much for your libido if it isn't really there in the first place, it might inspire some parts of your imagination but is likely going to ultimately worsen an already existing problem , by channeling what little you do have into some direct and often illogical, improbable fantasies that would be hard to correlate to in real-life (mostly due to the stereotype of attractive models put into such work) ~ be careful about heading too far down that road of adapting to compulsive porn watching / fapping to .....

      ....but as CUSP82 has asked, your age is relevant here because then we can get a better idea as to whether this is an issue with your hormone levels as you age, or whether you are young and just need to go on an extended nofap regimen, also, it would be very helpful to give more information - like do you smoke or drink?
      Have you or do you take anti-depressant drugs?
      Stomach acid pills?
      Blood pressure drugs?
      These things are all relevant!

          No I don't smoke nor drink and I don't take any medication. I do sometimes get stressed out and I suffer from anxiety a lot, so not sure if this is a reason why.

              I think you pretty much answered your own question then - relax and do things to take your mind off stress - once you have eliminated that stress see how things are from there...you could try a number of suggestions given here but if you don't eliminate stress - they may be to no avail ------- add healthier foods that are known to raise libido - brazil nuts, seafood, chocalate, things of this nature.....maybe some ginger and ginkgo biloba supplements..again, can't stress enough taht der' stress needs to go!

                Here some tips how to boost testosterone.

                1. Health diet: brown rice, brown pasta, potatoes, vegetables, meat like chicken breasts, beef, low fat pork, fish, oats, nuts. You also need healthy fats, because with fats testosterone is being created. If you want drink smth beware of sugar (make lower testosterone), use Coke Zero, but the best is water.
                2. Try weight workouts. Workouts will boost your testosterone for sure.
                3. Every morning take about 10 000 j. vitamin D + 2-3 caps omega3 and eat a couple brazilian nuts.
                4. Eat brazilian nuts also in the evening.

                When I was using Vit D + Omega 3 + Brazilian nuts, I was horny all the time. Even time after ejaculation was shorter.


                So on breakfast you can mix: boiled oats with milk, protein whey and add brazilian nuts. Then Vit D + omega 3 (Vit D needs fat).

                Other meals: Some meat + vegies + rice or pasta or potates. If you eat 5 meals per day. You can eat about 130g meat, 70g brown rice or 250g potaotes (of course I'm telling you about weight of raw ingridients).

                Supper: Like breakfast or like other meals.
