Maybe. I hope it works. I just hear a lot of comments that say they would get hard for 2 days after when the wind blows after taking Cialis - and that sounds kind of awkward if I'm going to be spending 12+ hours with this girl.

As with anything, there are hyperresponders and underresponders...some men get a ragin hard on with 5mg cialis, others it takes up to 40mg..but for most, 10-15 mg tends to be the sweet spot.

Yes you do need a "trigger". Just in my case it didn't take much but I don't have ED.

Nothing wrong with having an erection while fooling around. Your girl friend should consider your reaction to her affection towards you as a compliment.

You're right. I'm just nervous about how it will go because I've never used it before. Like you said, even if I keep popping wood, it really shouldn't be a problem. I'm also a little worried if it gets uncomfortable/painful after a while it we don't go for another round - say she just wants to relax afterwards, but I'm ready to go again - can I just will it down if we're not going to be using it, even though I'm horny and excited because she's next to me, or will it stay hard half the night and get painful?

I'll do that. I'll give an update after I give it a go on my own to test it out, and again when I see her next. It will likely be at least a few weeks before I see her again though sadly. She's very busy this time of year with her work.

I'm also curious - as far as mild side effects go - is there any documentation out there as far as the percentage of users of Cialis who get side effects (flushing/back pain/headaches)? I guess I'll find out after a couple doses myself if I'm affected but I'm curious if those are common or if they are more on the rarer side. I know lots of medications can have side effects but many people don't get any at all. How common is it to get these headaches or back pain? If I get headaches with Cialis, can I take an ibuprofen, or does that work against me? I don't like ibuprofen or pain relievers in general unless the pain is really bad.
