The danger of course is not to become dependent on them, which is why you should not use them for more than couple of months, decreasing the dose at the end.

And to the guy with the problem, you seem to have extreme amount of different factors you are concerned about when using the med, Cialis probably is not your thing. You should consider switching to sidenafil. It kicks stronger and quick but is only effective for couple of hours, meaning no need to be worried of constant boner nor side effects going for few days. Low dose on that should work pretty good with you.

I considered sidenafil but really I need to be a bit spontaneous with my lady friend. When I do get to see her, we make an evening of it, sometimes the whole night, and I never know when we're going to be in the mood - sometimes it's a couple times throughout the night or the next morning. So I'd hate to be tied down with sidenafil. I liked Cialis because it's a take it and forget it type of thing - it will be ready when I am in theory.

It turns out that I didn't have any problem controlling my erections the last time I saw her on Cialis. That was one of my fears but it wasn't much of an issue. I did get a few erections during the evening with her just lying there, but it wasn't an issue and it went away soon enough. I had no problem getting an erection - it was keeping it during sexual activity that was my issue with Cialis - same as without Cialis.
