Just a little about me:
I first started edging about a year and a half ago. I came upon it by myself (as in I didn't find out about it by using the internet etc) and obviously its a very enjoyable thing to do and some people say doing it after a PE session will help with gains.
Now, I used to watch porn A LOT (watched it consistently from age 14 to 19) and because of the edging that went with it, I would have sessions lasting anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours (my penis was actually swollen the day after that session). I only had sex for the first time about 2 months ago, and it was a mind blowing experience as I found it hard to get an erection even though I found the girl very attractive, so I knew I had to change things.
I cut out the porn and lasted about 3 weeks without it before I had about 2 weeks of solid porn use. One of the scary things is that during that 2 weeks I watched very few porn videos but came across something that I hadn't really used before: Porn GIF blogs and compilations. This stuff was even worse than watching porn videos because it was just constant clips of the most stimulating parts of porn which was killing my real life sexual desire even more.
I also had some really poor sexual encounters during that 2 week period and again, I knew I had to give that shit up. So I have not watched any porn in 32 days. I'll admit I have seen one or 2 thumbnail sized explicit pics on ads etc, but only briefly.
So, background done, here is what this thread is really about.
I used to be able to edge for hours while watching porn, but now without it I can't go nearly as long. If I'm in the mood then maybe up to 15 minutes, but if I'm trying to force an edging session after a PE workout, then maybe only 5-10 minutes which isn't very long at all.
During an edging session, if I start to go soft after 5-10 minutes, ill then increase my grip and go harder to get back the erection which can sometimes take several minutes. Doing this forced erection stuff seems to subconsciously kill my sexual desire and stamina. Obviously increasing my grip into a sort of death grip is disastrous for real life sex and combining that with the less sexual desire means I'm destined to fail.
I was thinking of literally just doing a few "edges" (about 3) to get the best erection I can get, using my bathmate, and then doing nothing more in terms of edging etc. I would like to try this for a few weeks to see what comes of it.
The weird things is, I'm 19 and my hormones still feel all over the place, and I get horny a lot. It's just that if I'm horny and then decide to edge, I can't last very long (<15mins). So it's like I'm super jacked up to have sex with a girl, but then after a short time I can't perform.
Any one had similar experiences to this?
