    Hey, what's up y'all. Let's make a checklist of the top things we should do to avoid weak erections

    1. Stop watching porn. ( This is probably the hardest thing to do, because we are men after all and we enjoy our porn)

    2. Less Stress, more sex. ( this is a big one, the happier you are the better your member will be and react. Stress is indeed a killer, an erection killer and totally sucks.)

    3. Kegals ( out of all the exercises on this site this is the grandaddy of them all, its extremely important you get in touch and understand your pelvic muscles. It is truly unbelievable how this simple exercise rewards you, this includes reverse kegals too)

    4. Edging ( the PONR, become familiar with it, try to go past it, master it)

    5. Don't Do Drugs ( as cliche as it sounds its true. This includes pain killers and recreational drugs. MDMA has destroyed me back in the day, great high yet no erection and can't get hard for the life of me and I am unbelievably horny on it, nothing sadder than that. Coke too much snow and your dick won't grow, true. Xanax completely decimates your ability to get hard for at least 2 days, man that sucked)

    That is my top 5 tips. Please feel free to add anything you feel helps out

    To add to # 5: Quick smoking, avoid caffeine, reduce alcohol consumption

    Here's a few more

    6. Clean up your diet: Remove high sugar/processed carb/chemical laden/industrial seed oil containing junk food. Eat real food (the fewer ingredients the better - as close to how nature made it as possible)
    7. Get some regular exercise: Resistance and cardio
    8. Get enough sleep: Shut off the TV, the video game, the computer, the tablet, the smart phone and go to bed at a reasonable time so you can get 7-9 hrs per night
    (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
    (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
    Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
    Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

      That's a good one quitting smoking, which I am trying ( but a post sex cigarette is so good!) Also its near impossible to avoid caffeine since I love drinking green tea and sometimes an espresso.

      9. If you use cock rings remember that the maximum time you should wear them during sex is 30 min. One time I got carried away and my gf just forgot to remind me and after sex I was totally flaccid for about a day and a half, so watch out y'all.
