At 558 mg/dl, you are well within the normal range and shouldn't take the risk of using exogenous testosterone. TRT can result in lower production of natural testosterone and exacerbate an already existing condition.

My test at the early twenties stage were about half of your values. I fathered 5 children. I had no verifiable health problems, and back then they did not treat for that as often as they do now. Later in life I dropped even lower, and not use Androgel. I have noticed an energy boost from this. It is hard to say what is OK for you, but following the doctors advice will be best. Corageon seems a valuable asset on these types of discussions also. I just wanted you to know that I made a life with a lot lower T levels than you are experiencing. Enjoy your journey.

Please remember that low T levels mean nothing unless accompanied by symptoms. Now we all know how I feel about young guys with ed so if that is your only symptom do as your doc suggests.

Umm I take it you stopped weed use long since? Also wine, spirits and especially beer would not help.

Can't testosterone vary a good amount depending on the time of day you check it?

The normal procedure is to only test in the morning ,nevertheless it can vary a fair bit from one test to the next with no real reason. Free test is even more slushy ,some docs won't even do free test, as they consider it unreliable .
I would suggest for you to...
