What is Low Testosterone and How Do I Cure it?

I do not recommend you compare yourself, wait until you see your doctor and listen to what he/she will say, they are the experts.

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Saw an add on tv this morning posted by a class action law firm looking for guys who suffered a heart attack or stroke after using testosterone boosting cream or gel.

Make sure you work close with your doctor if you are prescribed these products. Also have your doctor monitor your PSA. Mine started to rise after six months of TRT and had to stop.

There is a great deal of mis-information on the internet. If you have had the blood work done, and you have the results the doctor must have given you an interpretation. What did the doctor have to say? What are your levels? There are a great deal of things that can raise your T levels including diet and excersize. Don't just look at the negative possibilities pursue the positive possibilities also.

Usually between 600 ng/dl and 1000 ng/dl is a good/normal number, with anything above 800 being above par.
Technically you can be anywhere at 240-950 by the US chart, and that would be considered "normal", but most 20 year olds have AT LEAST 450 ng/dl.
I feel best at over 1000 ng/dl, but this takes work.

The secret is keeping in shape, eating the right foods, including exotic foods and fruits...and keeping estrogen, cortisol , prolactin in check by diet, exercise and sups.

Believe it or not, kegel/rv kegel routines raises testosterone as does moderate wanking once in a while...or a couple times a week, just don't go over board.

That would be for total test, but yours is clearly using a different ref range.

You're not hypo-gonadal, but you could use a boost.
