    I been jelqing (150) for a week straight now, and it seems im loosing the erection quality. Im not gettin as hard as i use to, also when i jelq i cant seem to stay hard im always around the 30% range of EQ.

    Should i change the routine or take it easy and rest?

    Yes Rest. This is a sign of over training. If your EQ is not improving, you are not doing it right. Back off and rest.

    You should take at least 2 days off every week, some prefer a 2 days on 1 day off schedule.

    When you resume your routine after your PIs improve, do not jelq with a high erection, and use a light grip. Also do not pull too hard when stretching.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Thanks for the reply B8, i was thinking to rest too and you might be right about pulling to hard as i have been maybe doing that too. How many times do you recommend jelqing in a week for a beginner? Also how many jelqs per session for a beginner too?

    Everyone is different, start with a light routine, and work up to more over weeks. Let your PIs guide you to the intensity and schedule that you should follow.

    For beginners, it is safe to start with a 1 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off.

    150 jelqs seems to be too much for you, after your penis regains its strength, try 75 and see how your PIs will be. But make sure you are not gripping too tight when jelqing, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans, anything tighter is not needed.
