    Hey Guys,

    Been lurking around the forums for a long time and have been doing PE for about 1.5 years, maybe 2. I've gained in total about 1 inch in length and .5 in girth, putting me around 8x5.75.

    I've had problems in the past with experiencing PE and ED with partners, and also having partners which I haven't had either problems and I was a fucking rockstar. But lately things seem out of whack. I'm dating a girl and so far we have had 2 attempts at sex, both of which went horribly wrong. She's given me blow jobs and hand jobs before, which originally didn't go well because I had porn-induced PE. I did PMO for about 4 weeks, then gave a shot at fucking her. Literally 30 seconds into it I was ready to blow my load. So fucking embarrassed that I ran to the bathroom and said I rather start slow then jump into having sex with her.

    The next time around I started masturbating a bit and edging a bit to try and develop control of my ejaculation. Next time comes around to give having sex a go, note at this point im deathly afraid of embarrassing myself again. What do you know, 2 minutes into sex I go flaccid inside her. FUCKKKKKKKKK.

    I really am not sure how I Should approach the problem at hand. I look back to summer when I was hooking up with this one girl. I was able to perform just fine - however I remember I was working 60-80 hours a week, constantly performing kegals at work, and only jacked off maybe once a week, twice if I was lucky.

    I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to balance the two and just be good to go. I don't know if this is all in my head or what. I am currently PEing 4-6 times a week, I take the 5 G's vitamins 2x daily, and try to kegal as often as I can.

    Has anyone else had this problem before? I'm fucking dying over here.

    No. I haven't had those problems before. However, let's find out if we can do something about it?

    You write "don't know if this is all in my head or what" Let's find out, get a blood test, and do vitamins as well since you said "I take the 5 G's vitamins 2x daily" - 5g as in 5000mg, twice a day making it 10 000mg? Any specific reason you do this? You are aware taking too much vitamins can cause kidney damage in the long run?

    Now, I suggest you get the values of your blood test and print them here, and we are very interested in:

    - Testosterone (Preferably in ng/dl, but we can convert it to that anyway)
    - Dihydrotestosterone(DHT)
    - Prolactin
    - Dopamin

    and if you are way above average on vitamins I suggest you lower your dosage, but this shouldn't have much effect on your issues. Focus on relaxing, spending time with each other without having a constant pressure to perform.

        Might be best, also OP, it seems anxiety played a role on the second time around, you were getting yourself worked up over the first time - PE can be upsetting, but you really need to do reverse/kegs....trust me, and balance it out....you may want to try pelvic floor strengthening techniques, also consider things like horny goat weed which are known to help PRE-E. You may also have success with dapoxetine in the short-term, but before you turn to ANY chemical; natural or research chem, I would do your best to make sure your P.E exercises are scheduled, in proper balance, and your mind is in the right place...we're not perfect, but being consistent is very important.....

        These kind fellas are very smart as well, and I would heed their suggestions as far as P.E exercise regimens, they work dude, trust me.

          Performance anxiety following a poor performance is self defeating. Now all you can concentrate on is overcoming your previous poor performance instead of enjoying the experience. Try not concentrating on your orgasm and instead concentrate on making her feel loved and desired through non penetrative experiences. Once you remove performance as the focus of your experience, performance will take care of itself.

            Great advice, many cases of performance anxiety and pre-E both come from subconscious anxiety in the first place. Interesting paradox, or is it?
