  • Lose os sensation in the penis (treatment/cure?) help

    I'm a 35 year old male.
I've been masturbating for quick a number of years, and not using a lubricant on the penis.
Now when I have sex or receive oral sex I I don't feel anything at all. I know the masturbation has resulted in me losing the sensation on my penis.
Can anyone tell how I can regain this sensation?

I have read on the internet that if I use E cream or Man1 Man oil on it you can regain it. Has anyone used these products and has it worked? Or is there any other treatment that you can tell me?

    Any help much appreciated

Dongal. Please do not panic. It will slow your recovery. If you are really concerned there is serious damage please see a doctor. The best remedy to numbness seems to be abstinence for a period of time. I have loss of sensation due to a stretching injury and possible nerve damage. I started having return of normal sensation and then I edged or masturbated without release and some numbness returned. Nerves do regenerate at a painfully slow rate. Give it a few weeks and see how you feel. In the meantime make an appointment it can't hurt. Best of luck.

Quit watching porn, stop masturbating, if you are going to masturbate do edging instead and use a very light grip. Start a very light PE beginner routine focusing on circulation. I would say these are the places to start.

Also natural supplements seem to aid in recovery. In my case I have been taking l arginine to increase blood flow to the extremities, b12 to aid in nerve healing, a multivitamin for general health, Ginko biloba to increase blood flow and arousal and horny goat weed to increase desire and blood flow to the area. It could all be placebo effects but I feel it is helping me. Please consult with a doctor about any addition of supplements to your diet.
