  • Experiencing New Problems With Erection

First off I would like to say that I am new here, so please excuse any problems with where I chose to place this thread.

My problem started a while ago when I was doing some stretching and jelqing in the shower. At one point I felt a pain and then my erection went away, I believed that I had injured a ligament and that I needed to lay off of it for a while. In the days following my injury I had some pain at the base of my penis on the right side. I experienced turtling and hard flaccid for a while but those symptoms have generally gone away with the exception of when I am lifting or it is very cold.

I have been able to get an erection when looking at porn or through mental stimulation, so I do not believe that it is an issue with any vascular systems in my penis. I am also in the process of doing a no porn reboot so I am not sure what symptoms are being caused by which issue.

The main issue that I am concerned with is a new curve in my penis when it is flaccid. It previously hung straight and now it curves to the left. Also some new veins have appeared but this could be caused by jelqing correct? This curve does not persist when I have an erection, though there is a slight tilt to that side. The other issue that has plagued me now is premature ejaculation, I had not had problems with this in the past and it has recently become an issue.

The conclusion that I am coming to is that I now have a pelvic floor imbalance, and that this is the reason for my PE, and why I was experiencing hard flaccid in the past. The interesting thing is that when I do reverse kegels/kegels I notice that the curve of my penis changes. Where sometimes it will be to the left, and sometimes it will be to the right. I have also managed to make my penis hang in the middle as well.

MY question is whether any of you have experienced anything similar as to what is happening to me. I would appreciate any comments or insight on what the issue might be. Let me know if you need any clarification on what I have said. I apologize for the novel; this has been a concern of mine for a while.

    Don't miss this thread!!!

And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.

You have overtrained, either by doing too many reps or too much force, give your penis more time to recover, and be patient, it takes time to heal, and healing happens best at rest!

When you return back to PE, pay close attention to your PIs, use the lightest grip that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans, and pull only hard enough to fell tension on your shaft, not more, and grip behind the glans.

Same goes for kegels, doing too many reps, or squeezing your muscle too hard will overtrain your PC muscle, and do not forget reverse kegels afterwards.

To balance your peclvic floor, please refer to the following threads.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
