This might be perfectly normal. Maybe its just me having WAY to high expectations of myself to be able to perform, any time any place.
Anyways, so today I had breakfast, went to the gym for about 2 hours, had my protein shake, went home, had a protein bar, did 2 sets of 20 min heavy hanging and 2 sets of 10 min pumping, took a shower and then I did something that some of you might think makes me a despicable human being, but I dont care. There is a thai masseuse that I visit sometimes that offers services ranging from normal massage to full out sex. I usually go for the latter. I did not feel particularly horny today, if anything I felt tired, especially down there, but since it is my day off work I thought that I really should "do it" just because I have the time and because sex is sex and why should I turn down sex when its there?
But, I had a bit of a hard time getting erect, and it was not a OMGWTF hard-on, but more of a "ok it works" hard-on. When we are doing it, I feel that I am close to cumming way to fast so I ask her to slow down a little (shes on top). So she slows down and the urge to cum goes away, BUT...I feel that as we continue doing it that I start going soft, and for the rest of the sex I only barely have a working erection, sometimes it dies off completely, and it takes me forever to finally cum.
My question is if this is normal? Am I having way to high expectations of myself, or would most healthy males be able to perform at 100%? I am 33 years old if that matters. Thanks!

This sounds like classic over training. I think you pushed it a little too hard. Maybe next time skip the PE and have the sex. I Dont hear a real problem. All men are vulnerable to over doing it. You Dont sound despicable to me. Enjoy hour journey.

I think with the workout, then hanging & pumping for 40+ minutes followed by sex was overworking your unit a bit, unless that's a normal routine for you. Negatve PI's & poor EQ are quick indications to give your boy some rest! Take a day off, and both he & you should be feeling better. And no, there's likely nothing serious wrong with you @ 33, just use common sense and don't overwork you unit!
