Can you maintain an erection simply by visual stimulation when alone watching porn etc? If not, then your "issue" is in the genes. Some guys need constant stimulation to stay hard while others can maintain an erection without any stimulation. I don't think you can affect this much unless your ability to stay hard is greatly decreased when your partner is involved compared to when you are alone.

Hey guys,

So I went to see a sexual health specialist and who prescribed me with 5mg cialis daily for 6 months to see the difference. a few days in and the difference is incredible...erections are solid and do not fade at all during sex. morning erections are very rigid and last until i get up and crouch down to try get it to fade. I even went to pee the other day and when i was finished my penis had actually got a bit hard...

I also mentioned cock rings to the specialist who said yeah I could also try them. I mean its all good that the cialis works but because im 19 im not exactly wanting to rely on that as over time the effect could wear off...
