Question about & RK.
What are the symptoms of having an overtensed and or weak muscle?
Reason I ask is because after a strainous activity like practicing vocals (think of Singing loud like heavy metal or Rapping hard or Opera singing) it seems like my buddy turtles. And in between my guy and the butthole (Idk what its called? Gucci? Lol) it feels as if there is a bump like its swollen. It goes away after some time with rest. Then my guy in turtles and chills back normal. Is that being tensed?
I perform loud using my gut and throat vocals so Idk if I should be clenching my PC muscles or doing RKs to relax them and push out while hitting certain notes.
BTW I hold in breaths a lot to get to the next line (Idk how to explain it)

I can not give you advise on singing, but I hope this thread helps you understand more about pelvic floor balance.
Pelvic Floor BalanceA real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Hmm how interesting , the pelvic floor muscles are often used as core stability in strenuous activity, but have never thought of singing.
