I'm need a help with treatment. I'm 26 I masturbated from young age got addicted knew it was wrong couldn't stop. May penis shrunk outer skin very loose no erection totally my balls hanging like old man. Some time it gets tight but mostly hanging like old man.total damage. Now pressure in house for marriage can this be cured can getting marriage be possible
