If your libido is low ( which its not only in association with testosterone) your erection will be not as rigid as usual. Its a very complex proces but testosterone by far have its thing on getting quality erections. Its the way some docs have told me. And in some personal researches. But as we know testosterone is influenced by SOO many things.As estradiol has its own role in our libido.

My estrogen is on the high side of the range. I think my libido is good though. I have Sex every night almost and feel that 2 or 3 times a day is ideal for me if I had my way. On the other hand, when I quit fapping a year ago I probably went 40 to 60 days without ejaculating and never felt the urge to either. Never had an erection during this time.

I started Tribulus Terrestris and a PE routine about 2 weeks ago. Just in the last 3 to 4 days I have noted increased libido and EQ. Also more night erections. I don't know if it is the Tribulus or the PE that has helped......a bit of both I would assume?
Current;

EG base=5.7
EG mid shaft=5.1

Well there's your first issue, estrogen can dampen erection quality and occurrence , you should take precautions and investigate into lowering that level. It's not , just a number..
Estrogen is going to keep attempting to banter and then oppose your testosterone's actions, so how can you feel optimal with this constantly going on in your Hypothalamus -->
You would know if your libido was good , the think part is speculation where it shouldn't be necessary - if you are speculating then it can't be that good? Unless you are basing it off of some secret quantitative analysis we aren't aware of...
That's a good sign, but again...check E2 level and re-evaluate other changes that may be beneficial..sometimes it's the "activating factor" and not the proverbial incisions made by set time parameter's and supplement usage. Activating factors are like exercise, and activities that increase metabolism.
A lot of fellas claim that "no supplement works", yet obesity is a big problem and that COUPLED with lack of exercise means supplements are going to be somewhat less efficient...the point is , if your METABOLISM is crashing because you're NOT doing anything with yourself, then the metabolism of everything else that is supposed to be *helpful* is going to be altered as well. Remember that.
Exercise makes sups more efficient. Especially circulatory "tonics" which aim to divide the bigots from the brains.

I tried tribulus last year, was actually for muscle mass gain while lifting weight. The testosterone boosts u big time and the "side effect" was actually that my dick was growing on flacid estate haha, will always remain kind of filled with blood and ready for actions. (Once hard it was always looking the same), but had strong erections, but i was really surprised about my dick looking bigger on flacid state. I asked my friend who reccommended to me and he had the same but he didn't want to tell me so that it wouldn't be a self-suggestion kind of thing. But we were talking 4-6 pills daily, when the paclage reccommends a maximun of 3 per day. So tribulus DOES WORK, but on my experience u gotta take high doses and it can become quiet expensive on the long run. I ll def, try again now that i have started Jelqing, will let u know how it goes in a couple of months
