Your pelvic floor could cause all of these problems. If you had veinous leak the doctor would have told you this. Work a kegel, reverse kegel routine and do the work the physio prescribes. Maybe skip penetration until you are feeling better. 69 until you both can't 69 anymore. Enjoy.

Well I assume your first question was if or not you had venous leak? What did they say?
I have had the doppler done and I was explained the results as well as given the values.
I don't think many things talked on this forum, such as "hard flaccid" are even recognized in medical literature so the docs cannot say a thing about them.

Agreed, most of all of these issues tend to be from performance anxiety, even if subconscious - you're best bet, OP is not to overthink the situation and focus on your partner....and maybe do some heavy lifting a few times a week to make sure your confidence and virility is up.
I doubt it's organic / physiological because in most of all "normal" circumstances , you're good to go...so this is situational and thus is either a result of a ritual , fear or just general performance anxiety....the first two being if you have specific religious, moral or safety concerns. Of which I would say you need to get over the fear, and make up your mind one way or another.
Given the generalized essence of your post, it seems possible that stress is involved on another level...perhaps psychology itself is a good thing for you to study.
