my questions are:
What is the average time a man can maintain an erection without masturbating, just using imagination or watching erotic stuffs
and do you get rock hard just by using imagination or watching erotic stuffs(no porn)?
Because when i try i can get hard like 70% but i loose it very quickly, within seconds

I think it depends on many factors like age, health/physical condition, and whether the person is addicted/dependent on porn or not, also stress/anxiety can be a factor. I think that 30 seconds to a minute is very common.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. :)
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Regarding the average time a man can hold an erection, I have no idea. There are a lot of variables in play.
I no longer watch porn so I find it rather easy to get myself hard with my imagination. How hard can I get without physical stimulation depends on the fantasy I'm thinking of. Memories count extra.
It varies based on all the stuff MrB8 mentioned. But the fact that you asked this question says enough. You're stressed about the situation. It concerns you enough to make a first post here. That anxiety is going to be a factor for you. It's normal to occasionally have problems maintaining an erection. We can't be at peak performance 100% of the time. Loss of EQ just happens sometimes, and it's not a big deal. It's when an otherwise healthy man latches onto the idea as a source of fear that the problems really begin.
Welcome and thanks for joining us. I cannot maintain an erection without stimulation of some sort. This can be kissing, and not direct touching, but I need stimulation. I am getting older and I think this is normal. It has gotten better since I quit watching porn and masturbating overly much. Is there something specific we can help you with?

i am an older guy suffering from diabetic induced ED. Unfortunately, I can not hold an erection without an injection or a tight constriction vans. So enjoy what you got for as long as you got it.
However, even under these circumstances, I have found that jelqing has improved my ability to achieve a semi so think how it can improve the EQ of a relatively healthy dick.
That's actually a really good question. No idea what the average time is. But it would be interesting if such a study were done. Probably average time by age bracket.
