About three weeks ago I started a routine which includes amongst others kegeling after a break of about a year. The reason to do so was some erectile issues I never had before en loss of hardness. Anyway, I kegel about once every second day (25 kegels of around 3 seconds) and since a few days I have been having involuntary trembling of my PC muscle several times a day.
Am I overworking my PC muscle, anybody experienced this too?

Deep squats and reverse kegels will help you balance your pelvic floor.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it
