Yes, most of my life I realized I never had much morning wood waking up as a growing up teenager, but sometimes when I didn't jack off I would have the occasional wet dream (like once a year/2 if anything). Back on topic, I rarely ever get morning wood, even as of today. Could this mean I possibly have ED? I sometimes lose my erection while performing PE gym workouts too, but I'm not sure its because I can't stimulate myself enough or if I actually have a problem. I would like 3rd party advice on this, so anyone have any ideas?

I used to get morning wood all the time. As I got older the morning wood came less and less frequent. By the time I was 35 or so I got morning wood maybe 1 or 2 times a year. Since starting PE, the morning wood has come back quite a bit. Happens to me probably 4 out of 7 days of the week.
As far as losing your erections during workouts I think that is normal. Think about it you are straining and fatiguing your dick. Its bound to have some negative effect on your EQ especially if you are working it hard. When your EQ starts to drop like that its usually a sign that your in need of some rest. Let him heal and recover and you should be just fine. Maybe consider backing off in intensity if you are experiencing negative PI's.

I rarely ever get morning would myself, but I'd attribute it to possible over training and shitty sleeping habits/lack of sleep on my part. Currently going on a porn detox also.

Congrats on the Porn detox, Koh. I also agree with lilbigman, give your little guy a rest if you have neg. PI's, and over time, you may see some improvement in AM wood, once you're more conditioned and develop a solid routine of PE. I know my AM wood has improved greatly since joining the gym. I awake most every morning to a good semi (50-60%) if not an 80%+ boner and that wasn't happening before PE. Thanks,

I get zero morning wood, I haven't gotten any for about 2-3 years now. I was in the top category of porn induced erectile dysfunction - had to really tense up to get it in, then release and it would go floppy. I could hardly have sex.
A year later, no porn - my EQ is excellent. However, I don't get any morning wood on wake up, but I have frequent erections the first couple hours of the day. I am sexually very healthy, despite no morning wood.
I've woken up with a semi 3 or 4 times in 2-3 years. I think morning wood can be any wood within a couple hours of waking up - it doesn't necessarily have to be the wood you get while waking up from a deep sleep, not everybody is the same. My body sees fit to do this erection test in my waking hours.
You are fine - lack of morning wood isn't an issue. It may point to an over stimulation issue with you and porn - I like to call it an arousal debt. If you keep raising your arousal way over normal levels with porn, there is a debt to pay - lack of morning wood and weak erections are the hallmark symptoms. Takes about 2 months of total porn abstinence to fix, but total relapse will strengely occur with 1 porn session.

Lots of things affect AM wood: diet, sleep patterns, age, stress, illness, allergies, exercise, ...
Don't stress over it, that causes a decline too! Try some supplements if you're lacking AM wood when you normally have always had it regularly, along with proper diet & exercise. I recommend 1000mg L-arginine & 500 mg L-citroline caps along with 20% icariin caps (Horny Goat Weed). Does wonders for my EQ & AM woodys-almost never wake up without one!
