Yeah so far so good
I am working out five days a week instead of seven and have been doing kegels/reverse kegels. Starting to get morning woods again and got hard with the girl enough to have sex for hours. Initially 100% but then eq suffered as the night endured.
I'm thinking it was over training, but lowering fin intake was probably not a bad idea either. Also how long do the benefits of l-arginine last per dose? I tried it and it seemed pretty effective

Argenine has zero effect on me, probably because I consume 500kcal of nuts per day. I couldn't tell you, I can tell you we store substances inside our bones, so you may want to cycle the argenine to stop a buildup happening there.
