Hey, I have been jelqing for about a month and a half and streching for about 2 weeks, and I noticed yesterday I have what I now see you call ED. I only get about 75% for most of the masturbation and only get to about 90% really close to the edge. I never encountered anything like that before, therefore I'm pretty sure this has to do with the PE I've been doing. I have a pretty good suspicion this is mostly cause by the streches I added 2 weeks ago, and became more diligent about last week. I stopped everything yesterday cause there was a water break in my building and today I didn't go back to it since I noticed the ED. I heard some people here recommend Kegels so I do some (never did before). I didn't experience any pain, and did quite a lot of warm ups and downs. I did something like 100 jelqs a day most of the last month and a half and added to that about 10-15 streches a day for the past 2 weeks.
besides that, I am really anxious about the possibility I somehow irreversibly ruined by ability to have an erection. I understand stress is a factor in my ED but I'm pretty sure there is a solid physiological factor here also. that's why I turn to you guys, hoping you can reassure me this is common and reversable and let me know what should I do. I guess kegels and a few days of rest?
how quickly should I expect recovery? and is jelqing supposed to help at this point or should I avoid that as well for a few days or so?
also, hearing what causes this (if you know the physiological cause) could really help me calm down and avoid the ED cycle.
thank you for you quick reply. birdinacage in somewhat of a panic.Last edited by birdinacage; 05-11-2015 at 07:07 AM.

Anxiety won't help; rest will and just be careful and gentle in all exercises. You'll be fine if you rest and no stress.

thx for the quick reply. I sure hope so. do you think it will take more than a week? cause each day is an addition to the worrying.
I'm trying to stay calm but it's very scary for me.
and also, what about kegels and jelqing at this point? beneficial or to stay away from those too?Last edited by birdinacage; 05-11-2015 at 08:22 AM.

So I get it that I shouldn't jelq or do kegels either. ok. I think I'm too scared to try anything again anyways just to see how I still can't get it up 100% EQ like it used to.
if you say a week I'll give it a week and see how it goes. meanwhile, I searched this forum and saw this EQ problem is common here and you guys 'trial and error' around it quite a lot. huh. that's kinda reassuring I guess.
although, I still have no idea what exactly I did wrong, which is not a good thing if I want to avoid it and keep PE's. there are no other signs of anything on the skin or any of the other negetive PI's I read you talk about. I didn't experience any pain at any stage. maybe it's just wrong kind of pressure with the jelqs or wrong kind of stress with the streches, or I do them for too long or not enough rest. does what I described sound like a lot?
