    Hi!

    I've been in these forums for the last 3 months doing some PE, and even now realising that I've been doing some exercises with a low intensity, it went really well and my penis maximum size increased noticeably. The first two months went really well in sex: my penis was being amazing in bed. But now I'm returning to suffer something I've been having all my life.

    I'm 23 years old, and since my first sexual experience, I've been suffering a little ED:


    • Sometimes I just can't have sex at all (rarely, it was more alike of my first encounters).
    • Other times I have tough time having it (losing erections quite quickly).
    • Frequently, I can mantain my erections for regular sex sessions, but can't use my whole potential. I've got a big one (depending on how you measure it, from 18.5 to >21.5 cm BPEL, which is great!), but these times my penis won't get its maximum erect state, and just stay in a "normal" erection, which looks shorter, and overall, more thin (which is bad since my girth is more humble).
    • Not very frequently but neither rarely, I can have a full quality sex session, with amazing, rock-hard long lasting erections.


    For getting the 4th point, which is the desired one, I normally have to stone myself. Marijuana helps me a lot getting good erections and having sex, while it's a rarity if I'm sober.

    Also, I must add that frequently, I lose my erection because of my mind. I think a fucking lot. I actually have a litte hyperactive mind, and I always have like a second "think process" thinking in any shit you can think, either tribial or not. It doesn't happen always, and smoking marijuana helps me getting rid of it and relaxing my mind, but this thing along with the perfomance concern, can lead to losing my erection, even if I get it back 2-3 mins after.

    Thing is, that lately I'm having more trouble than normal. I believe it's been a little overtrain, but it's strange since I didn't damage myself. Anyways, I've been taking a rest off PE this week, but I would want some extra advice on how to improve my erections. I want some kind of routine to perform in intervals along with PE, so I can ensure some enlargement while not sacrifying my EQ.

    I suspect on these things that may be affecting my EQ for my whole life:

    • Early PE: some years ago I "tried" to PE, not very intensively, but tried. Maybe this damaged me in some way and my penis actually has some circulation problem or smth.
    • Bisexuality (?): While I'm not fully bisexual (I can't really find any erotism on a man), I always liked penises a lot and I can consider myself a bicurious. Had gay sex, if you ask me. I kind of liked it, but I roughly prefer straight sex and women. Anyways, I always suspected a lot about this.
    • Bad habits: While my habits are getting much better with PE (I try to masturbate slightly less), I have always masturbated on a daily basis, many epoques even twice or thrice daily, fewer with porn that without.
    • Low testosterone / irregular sex drive: Maybe my testosterone isn't on it's best, but I made a test a year ago because of my ED, and the test went really well; I hadn't any hormone problem. But maybe my sex drive is a little overturned and it's not working as it should.
    • Psychological problem: This is the one that I fear the most. My first sexual encounter resulted in... not having any erection at all. I've been carrying that bad remember for my whole life, and the fact of thinking "I'm not getting a good erection" is ALWAYS there. When I'm with a girl I know a lot, I feel more secure and this isn't that present, but I suspect it's still an active fear in my subconsciousness.


    Lately, my ED increased when I added edging to my routine, and increased even more when I added LAS. Also, while my dick was having a really nice flaccid hang the first PE months, it now turtles almost all day long since the last weeks, and it hasn't got any better in this rest week.

    So... what do you recommend me for getting over this? Maybe trying to control my sex drive, and masturbating less? Adding a kegel routine? Edging in a different way than I did?

    I need some advice in this, since I care more for my EQ than my enlargement routine. I've readed this but it doesn't seem "enough" for my very personal problem.

    You are suffering from Paralysis by Analysis!

    You are 23 and if you want to improve your EQ I would highly advise not to touch your penis unless for sex over the next 3 to 4 weeks.

    Yes, I also think that this is an actual problem. But not the only one, because... why I have a very bad EQ even when I get erections, lately? Or why I lose erections easily after some time? Something tells me that I may be having a physical issue here.

    Some news here!

    After being two weeks with that bad perfomance and "smaller" size, I began doing kegels. I did like ~25 3s kegels, and maybe ~35 1s kegels that day, in 3 series, adding some random, few ones in the rest of the day. And it worked out REALLY well.

    I've been that night with my girlfriend and everything went really amazing. My dick looked not only bigger, but bigger than before the problem arised. I guess that those 2 weeks' work raised up in this moment, and I was just getting a bad EQ because of the removal of kegels.

    So here's my tip: never forget your kegels, bro.

    Sounds like anxiety which is a performance killer . Remember to include reverse kegels in your kegel workout.
