I've been noticing the area behind my balls has come out more than before i.e pelvic floor. Does it have something to do with my front pelvic floor being weak? Anyways I wanted to post that by doing kegels I have seen a huge improvement in e.q and some in urinary frequency. I had a good e.q yesterday when watching just a striptease vid also I felt the area behind my balls tighten as well. Is it a good indication ? Noticed this since doing kegels well, I am on a break since a month and probably for another half month after that I have all the time in the world for kegels.
