Hi
After a regular jp90 session i started having slight pain in the urethra on erection.
When hard, the glans doesn't seem as full as it used to be.
When i press the tip with my hand to empty the blood, i rarely feel the blood going back, unlike i used to.
What is wrong with my penis?

You have overworked it. Take some rest days until thing return to normal. When you return to the JP90 start with much less intensity. Use your PI's Physiological Indicators (PI's) as a guide to where you should be.
