Hello people,
I'm in a very serious situation. I've been masturbating to porn since 9 or 10 (im 24). I traumatized my penis with friction. So, I developed ED. I discovered Yourbrainonporn. Then, I reduced my masturbation and limited my pornograhy consumption. I masturbate on porn maybe once or less in a month. I saw significant imrpovements on my penis health. It was lifeless, shinking, blue and sometimes, i felt pain in it.
I relapsed few times, but, It was better than before. It had a great impact on my life. But, my progress is very slow. I have a serious ED. I didn't lose sensation on my penis, but, I ejaculate in less than 20 seconds. Ican't feel pleasure while rubing it softly.
I'm afraid that my traumatic masturabtion has caused to my penis some irreversible damage: on the nerve endings for example. Anyone can relate to?

You are very very unlikely to have significant physical damage .
It is difficult to over masturbate in the absence of porn ,so staying off that is your first step. We have a thread on that issue and a club from memory . This will allow your hormone system to recover and magically you will find your supposed physical damage will disappear.

Thanks for answering man, it eally reassures me. had very long periods of abstinence like 3 months. Then I relapse.
Now, My penis shrank, it's firm, blue and I feel some pain in it. In the long periods f abstinence, I felt that my size increased. I think I'll havge to retart my rebooting process, and be more persistent. On each cases, I still have a very very severe ED. It's really depressing.
I think I should maybe see a urologist or andrologist to make things clearer. Thank you anyway. : )

There is no need to abstain completely from sex just porn.
Medical advice is a good idea.
