Hey guys, looking for some help. I'm 39 and I'm overweight(but working on that). I sometimes have difficulty getting hard. But once I am hard, I will lose it changing positions. Like from sitting or laying on my back going to missionary. I have tried cialis and viagra and they helped, but weren't enough. I found that my testosterone was low (256) and am currently going through lots of tests with an endocronologist. My penis just doesn't feel as alive as it was. Sometimes I have morning wood and sometimes I don't. Has anybody had a similar experience? Any advice? I'm getting kind of desperate. Thanks

Also check reverse kegels. When switching or having a pause I can hold an errection with a reverse kegels.

OP, I have a similar issue with low test. Mine was 261. Unless you go on HRT, your screwed. I have researched this for years and your endocrinologist will not put you on HRT because your test is technically in the normal range like mine. Yeah, for an 80 year old man. We are 20 years behind the times with treating low test. Your only option is to go to a specialist and get on HRT. I am currently cycling Testosterone 3 months on 3 months off, because I still want to have kids. Im 37. But if you don't want kids, I would say go on HRT and enjoy a hard dick.
I know people are gonna say different and thats up to you. But I suffered for years of having no sex drive and Im tired of it. Dr's can't or won't help so I help myself. Im not suggesting you do things the way I do them, Im just giving you options because mark my words, your endocrinologist will tell you that you are in the normal range. Something like 200-900.Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg
Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg
