  • How can I get my erection as big and hard as possible without PE?

Okay so I'm back and I don't really have ED anymore I honestly have no idea what changed though. I can get a hard erection most of the time and that's all that matters right? Getting hard enough to have sex or masturbate. However I still have times when my erection feels weak and it's still difficult to get a complete erection it gets to about 90% hardness at best. The main problem is with the glans sometimes it's quite engorged (still not full size though) other times it's smaller and deflated I can't for the life of me understand why this is though. Due to the lack of glans inflating my penis is a bit smaller because of this, when my penis is at it's full size I'm around 6 - 6 and half inches erect. I sometimes feel like my penis has shrunk a bit but I think it's probably due to me not getting a full erection.

So does anyone have any good advice on how to make my penis harder and get it back to it's full size without PE (I can't stress no PE enough) and preferably no pills either?

Some things I've considered drink plenty of water.

Stop drinking soft drinks/energy drinks I've noticed that that my erection feels weak after drinking several cans a day I swear my girth my is a bit smaller too. I'm guessing it's due to too much sugar results in less Testosterone? Also drinking the diet kind it seems harder to get erect as well, this is just something I've observed I'm thinking it's because of the Aspartame in it which I heard maybe harmful maybe more so than sugar and it could cause ED and impotence, although I haven't seen much evidence it can cause this though. Also caffeine in these drinks is said to restrict bloodflow to the penis as it's a vasoconstrictor. So I guess lot's of sugar with caffeine can't be good for erections. This is the best thread I've found on this:

    http://www.topix.com/forum/health/er...4KRCOIB9QVFF10

but I find soft drinks are addictive and even those without sugar or caffeine they can be just as bad or even more harmful due Aspartame.

I just want to get my penis as hard and as big as possible I'm open to suggestions but again NO PE and I'm never trying that again period, some people shouldn't be doing PE and I'm one of them I appreciate any tips or advice here.

    Thanks.

I have found that by not watching porn, that my EQ has improved over the past (almost) 2 months. I don't know if you watch or not, but the AP90 challenge/program is a good thing to try.

Exercise will help as well, along with drinking more water and a healthy diet. Less processed sugars and more complex carbs and healthy fats, etc.
Start 08/15/15 (measurements using bathmate measuring device)
      BPEL: 5.75"
      EG: 5.5"

      10/15/18
      BPEL: 6.9"
      BEG: 6.5"

Healthy diet, exercise and less stress are just a few suggestions. And as mentioned by sidneycrosby, kegels. They are not a PE exercise, it's aim is to strengthen you PC muscle for improved erections.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Actually Caffeine isn't bad for erections unless it's drank in excess >250 mg at a time...anything less improves erection quality...but, And here's the important part - IF YOU have a pre-existing anxiety disorder or hormone issue...specifically cortisol excess; then Caffeine will likely worsen the issue...but it depends on the type, severity, and duration of the anxiety disorder..low amounts of Caffeine IMPROVE mental clarity and may benefit some OCD-afflicted individuals but it's all dose-dependent!

The EXCESS sugar will certainly cause both hormonal and vascular changes which are NOT in favor of optimal sexual function.

Effect of caffeine on erectile function via up-regulating cavernous cyclic guanosine monophosphate in diabetic rats.

          Abstract

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. Phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which inhibit the breakdown of intracellular cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), are used to treat diabetic ED. Caffeine, a nonselective PDE inhibitor used in our daily diet, is controversial regarding its effect on erectile function. To investigate the effect of caffeine on erectile function in diabetic rat models and explore the mechanism, male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with streptozotocin to induce diabetes mellitus. The rats with blood glucose levels above 300 mg/dL were selected for the study. The rats were divided into 4 groups: group A (normal control rats), group B (diabetic rats treated with normal saline), group C (diabetic rats treated with caffeine, 10 mg/kg per day), and group D (diabetic rats treated with caffeine, 20 mg/kg per day). After 8 weeks of treatment, intracavernous pressure (ICP) was measured to assess erectile function. The radioimmunoassay was used to evaluate the level of cGMP in the cavernosum. The ICP and the cavernous cGMP decreased significantly in the diabetic rats compared with normal controls. An 8-week administration of caffeine at the given dosages increased the ICP and cavernous cGMP in diabetic rats. Caffeine consumption improved the erectile function of diabetic rats by up-regulating cavernous cGMP.

Role of Caffeine Intake on Erectile Dysfunction in US Men: Results from NHANES 2001-2004

          Results

We found that men in the 3rd (85-170 mg/day) and 4th (171-303 mg/day) quintiles of caffeine intake were less likely to report ED compared to men in the lowest 1st quintile (0-7 mg/day) [OR: 0.58; 95% CI, 0.37–0.89; and OR: 0.61; 95% CI, 0.38–0.97, respectively], but no evidence for a trend. Similarly, among overweight/obese and hypertensive men, there was an inverse association between higher quintiles of caffeine intake and ED compared to men in the lowest 1st quintile, P≤0.05 for each quintile. However, only among men without diabetes we found a similar inverse association (Ptrend = 0.01).

          Conclusion

Caffeine intake reduced the odds of prevalent ED, especially an intake equivalent to approximately 2-3 daily cups of coffee (170-375 mg/day). This reduction was also observed among overweight/obese and hypertensive, but not among diabetic men. Yet, these associations are warranted to be investigated in prospective studies.

Excess sugar in the blood can cause plaque buildup in the arteries which reduces blood flow. Excess sugar also causes nerve damage, neuropathy, which reduces sensitivity in the penis.

Exactamundo..and OP - there's really no 'proven' way to enlarge without P.E exercises...you can use Sups to enhance engorgement and maybe, MAYBE very minor tissue/cellular proliferation but it won't cause expansion and growth nearly as much as the exercises like kegels, jelq's etc..if you want real results you need to put in the work!!

Yeah I tried going without any porn or masturbating for 2 weeks once and noticed my erections were a bit better basically the glans got more full when I got an erection but the improvement didn't last unfortunately. Some people advise going like months with no porn or masturbating full stop but what scares the hell out of me is I don't get much erections as it is, sometimes I notice getting an erection in my sleep (it always feels weak though) morning wood is pretty rare, anyway the lack of erections, during those months of no masturbation could increase the possibility of penile shrinkage and from what I've read it's irreversible! So I often look at porn a few times a week just to make sure my penis is getting bloodflow down there, before I looked at porn because I was addicted and out of boredom (too much time alone) now I feel I have no choice to watch porn because I'm worried I won't get an erection much otherwise I've tried just masturbating with my hands no porn or anything before but I found it much harder to get erect. Honestly if my penis shrank to say 4 inches erect I don't think I would have the confidence to approach women ever again.

Thanks for that I don't drink coffee though (I can't stand the taste of it) but I do drink a lot of caffeine in fizzy drinks though I've been trying to cut down on them.

By the way I take various meditations mirtazapine (antidepressant) and Quetiapine (antipsychotic) I have a feeling these drugs could cause erection problems too does anyone have experience with these kind of medications?

Mirtazapine has benefits on libido depending on the dose used..15 mg help with sleep and anxiety but 30mg and up are good for enhancing libido and reducing stress hormones..so Mirtazapine should always be used at AT LEAST 30 mg...however, it can dampen erections ironically in a small number of individuals.... this can be counter-acted by adding an additional serotonergic antagonist that affects the type 1 subtype...something like Yohimbine could help but dose is very difficult to get right when other meds are involved...seroquel on the other hand is opposite of mirtazapine - it could theoretically increase erections but often decreases libido....together the problem lies in sedation...so you should actually, consider adding yohimbine and caffeine INSTEAD of energy drinks...trust me bud, it will work MUCH better for ya and thanks for telling us that information..it changes everything...

                    use
-150 mg of caffeine up to 3x a day , 4 hours a part each; depending on your sensitivity
-about 15-17mg of yohimbine HCL from primaforce or SNS... dose only once or twice a day, 6 hours apart each

this combo will be MUCH healthier than energy drinks and provide libido boosting effects..no need to change your meds then either if you use this combo...

Thanks for the advice so caffeine is actually good for erections? Something strange i've noticed is drinking mainly water didn't improve my erections obviously the most healthy thing you can drink. I've heard even bottled water has chemicals in it that can cause erection problems. However when I start drinking caffeine again like coke a cola or whatever my erection seems harder and thet glans feel more sensitive. So I take it caffeine in certain amounts is good for erections but drinking too much (which is easy to do) causes temporary ED?

I've tried a few things --> I've noticed Maca really increases my libido and helps with erections. Garlic and fenugreek as well. Theres so many supplements and herbs you can try to improve erection quality and libido - I just think its about experimentation and reading the studies on whats been proven to work. Also, having lower body fat and exercising helps a shit ton as well.

Caffeine is 'good for erections' in small - moderate amounts...yes, but all the sugar in Coca-cola and other such drinks is Not...if you exceed a certain amount of Caffeine at a time - it can produce the opposite effect which is vasoconstriction and anxiety..but 60-150 or even 200 mg / time is accepted as a 'healthy' amount and can have benefits on the cardiovascular system and brain.

I don't typically recommend fenugreek though as it contains substances that irritate the gastrointestinal tract and also mimic estrogen...fenugreek is the one herb that shouldn't imHo be classified as a 'test booster'..

"Exercises are usually done to reduce urinary incontinence[3] (especially after childbirth)[4] and reduce premature ejaculatory occurrences in men,[5] as well as to increase the size and intensity of erections.[6]"
