Right, if you click on my profile and see my previous posts you'll know I was back here in August 2015 and I was experiencing all sorts of problems and the darkest period of my life.
Long story short, I had been doing PE, one day my penis was really tingling and then I started to get pain in my perineum and penis, I looked online (genius) and self-diagnosed prostatitis so I ordered some Saw Palmetto and completely killed my dick. I was freaking out big time and almost went suicidal at one point. I had no erection and my penis was in pain, doctors just shrugged their shoulders and said I'll be fine. It was a nightmare and in hindsight I literally had a mental breakdown.
I would now like to report that I am 100% better physically and mentally. I wish I could say the symptoms were all in my head, but they weren't. I had a pudendal nerve entrapment, where basically, the muscles in my lower back, pelvic floor region compressed really tight and they push on the nerve which travels all over. I had pain down my leg, in my big toe, under my helmet, base of the penis etc. it was a nightmare. I also had a bit of hard flaccid and my penis looked rank, REALLY veiny and just disgusting. Turns out this is all treatable with yoga stretches and patience. I'm loads better now, I recommend investing in a stretch band and a foam roller. You would be surprised which muscles trigger the pain in my penis, for example, even foam rolling my inner thigh triggered the pain under my glans. Anyway, main muscles to stretch: all of them. Take no prisoners, I stretched all my lower back and leg muslces and am now flexible and much better.
Saw Palmetto side-effects were terrible but I managed to beat them by letting go and just getting in with my life. This is huge.
But mostly I am writing here for those of you with hard flaccid and pudendal nerve pain: DON'T PANIC. You have a very easily treatable condition and don't let all these protocols freak you out. Get to stretching and beat that anxiety!
I now have my libido back, am pain free and am the most flexible I have ever been in my life. Unfortunately, many doctors and urologists know little about pudendal nerve entrapment. So whilst I see people on here brutally saying 'Shut up and listen to your doctor.', for the most part, they are right and your anxiety is literally costing you thousands of dollars/pound/euros/yen in finding a diagnosis for something that is only anxiety. But pudendal nerve is for real and it's nothing to worry about, again, stretch, stretch and stretch some more!
Also, all you hard flaccid people, it's one million percent pelvic floor and is again fixable. Peace.

hey
what PE exercises did you do to develop pudendal nerve entrapment?
was your pain only in the penis-pelvic area or in other part of your body? was it permanent or it dissapeared after some point?
sorry if i question something you have said in your post but english is not my native language and i get lost easy.
great to see you are better now!

Hi, this seems interesting. I am new to this site. I have these symptons, but I have doubts. What stretches??? Because I do sport every day, but a I havenīt results. I have a herniated disc in L5/S1, and maybe this is the cause. I read this post and is very exciting, but... really??? If you know this stretches... you speak about all stretches... but... this is vere strange or difficult for people. I have hard flaccid, and I think that is for a nerve problem... But I donīt have results with stretches... If my problem is in my lower back, maybe I need surgery... The body is not same for all. I have weakness in my lower body, is something neurological... I need a solution, but clearly. Sometimes I think that hardflaccid and these problems have differents origins... The people speak about PT in pelvic region... not for me... anterior pelvic tilt... maybe... But nobody speak about pudendal nerve and herniated disc. Surgery is a option? I have this condition for 1/5 year ago. Is a hell. I havenīt pain, only in my lower back... I think that piriformis is a option, hamstrings... but i work in this and i donīt have results. I hope not for everybody. I only desire answers... thanks for your time guys.
