  • Testosterone numbers

What's up fellas? Been having erections problems lately and no morning wood what so ever. I'm 36 6-1 245 lbs and no meds. I have gained weight around the midsection over the last past few months. I got tested and the doctor said my number was 220 and at my age the lowest is 320. I've been reading up on boosting your T but, I would definitely like to hear what has worked for you to boost it naturally. Thanks in advance

    Hi,

I've had mild ED issues for a few years and my current GF commented that i was not "that hard" i would say i was 80/90% so i started eating better, exersizing, sleeping better and doing the supplements in the "5 G's for Harder Erections" Thread.

I started using the 5 G's (search for thread here on PEGYM) for stronger erections and i think most of the supplements will help with it.

I also restarted PE with the JP90 for beginners, all in all I've seen a great improvement.

    It's basically the following supplements:

    Ginko Biloba
    Green tea
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Ginseng

But read the thread there are lots of good comments there.

I also take 2,000 mg of L-Arginine and take some Cayenne drops for better blood circulation.

    Hope it helps.

Thanks for the advice I do take supplements but not all the 5 GS. I take 1000 milligrams of life arginine, garlic, and I juice ginger root every other day. I also take pine bark extract with it. I definitely need to sleep better and I've been going to the gym 4 days a week, it's been just under 2 weeks since I joined the gym

If your T is low, then it is low. Natural supplements can only raise it a little if you are lucky. If you still want kids, stay off T replacement. If you are done with kids, then see a specialist. Low T sucks. My Test was 261 and my Dr said it's in the normal range. Yeah, maybe for an 80 year old. I'm 38, 6'1, 200#, lift 5 days, run 3-4 miles/day. But no sex drive.
        Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

        Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

        Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

Damn dmizzle. Has anything helped? What have you tried? After all the exercises has it been any improvement? I read spinach, garlic, and broccoli and beef helps

Natural methods can have considerable effect.

So the tests of testosterone are in 200-300 range. What unit and what was tested?
I got a blood sample from Finland, and got S-testo 17 millimol/litre and P-krea 77 mikromol/litre. I don't know if you have the same test, but was just wondering if you had any idea...

Thanks Pegasus. That thread was very helpful. What's funny is I just ordered some pine pollen earlier this week, I will definitely put these options in motion

Its' probably 220 ng/dl if you are in America, which means you have low testosterone aka hypogonadism.

Probably the cause of your erectile dysfunction, I have the same problem and similar numbers.
Life struggle with extreme erectile dysfunction since I was 15. Diagnosed with venous leak. When I turned 30-years old, I found out I had hypogonadism (low testosterone) and sub-clinical hypothyroidism. TRT can be a cure for venous leak if you are hypogonadal.

Low T will affect the productivity of your training. This includes strength training and other activities as well.

                        20. Do you have a reference? I trust, but would like to get exact number just for information.

You can look it up on the net, I looked it up months back but have not kept the link.

There is almost zero scientific evidence to substantially increase testosterone in a natural way. It's just the way it is. I looked at the link but there is no evidence there.
You can't go from 250 to 500 naturally.

I strength train 5 days a week, I bench 315#, I do 15 pull ups with 20# around the waist. Not strong, but above average.

My problem is not erections, because PE has really helped with that. My problem is no sex drive. Looking at gorgeous women and just not feeling the attraction. Kissing a woman just doesn't spark my interest.

Anyway, not to be a broken record, and I don't even like saying it because people either look down on it or don't want someone to do something when they don't know what they are doing.

The only thing in maybe 8 years of low T, is Testerone. I cycle 3 months on, 3 months off. When I'm on, I actually feel like a man. Hot girl walks by, I get that little feeling in the mid section. When I'm off, I could go months with no sex.

So, my advice, like I said. If you want kids, avoid HRT. But, it's a catch 22. If you have low T, you have no desire to even have sex to have kids. You take Testosterone, you hurt your ability to have kids.

Either way, consult a Dr. I just get frustrated with the lack of knowledge that Drs have. Unless you go to a specialist, regular Dr's have no clue about Testosterone levels.

You are just plain wrong dm .
Substantial improvement in test from even simple natural methods are not only possible but downright common . I have posted a link which shows a 100 methods often with descriptions of how much the author and /or subjects picked up there test levels .
I don't know where you have even got the idea that it can't be done . Your personal situation is unfortunate but given your previous and current drug intake is hardly surprising . To generalise it to others is counterproductive.
Btw I think you strength level is good even though artificial test is a form of roid.
