    Hi everyone, I am back.
    I have find a girlfriend and having sex for 7 months.
    Everything is good!

    I was suspicious about venous leakage last time (summer) I wrote here.
    I think I have no such problem because sometimes I am able to have sex for 1 hours if I do not ejaculate early.

    But still having some issues. No morning wood, little libido and frequently checking myself by masturbating or making my gf oral sex.

    I was having a problem about getting erected in 2 or 3 minutes and this faded away now I can get erected in 1 or less minute.

    My erection was fading away after 10 seconds of stopping stimulation.
    Now or honestly till 10 days ago I was having erection more than 20 minutes without stimulation! This eliminates VL suspect!

    NOW, HERE IS MY ISSUE

    I always masturbated in this process to check my erections but for 1 month I am checking my erection by masturbating to porn because it is giving me rock hard erections which makes me proud and same old issues started to appear for 3 days.

    Now I have questions

    1- I masturbated to porn many times in my life but when my symptoms started to appear I had no urge to masturbate to porn or masturbation which is named as porn addiction, my masturbation is just for checking my erections which makes me worry about a physical issue like hormonal imbalance and I have 550 total test level.

    Is it possible for me to have problems because of side effects of porn in this situation?

    2- Today for 1 week I am able to keep my erections only with constant stimulation or it goes in 10 seconds.
    Is it possible for me to damage my nerves because of frequent masturbation and checking angle of my penis and caused a venous leakage or I am just suffering from relapsing to porn?

    I also having problem with stand up erections and it went away in a period and started to appear again.

    Your behavior is very typical for a hypochondriac person. Your issue is to make issues out of nothing and then seek people to assure you there's no issue, but no assuring will ever be enough. Only real advice you can get is to try to stop wasting time on this.

    All of your symptoms described can be attributed to nonorganic causes. "Testing" yourself with a negative mindset as you describe can make each session more destructive than the last in terms of furthering your anxiety.

    Have you have any medical testing done to determine if there is in fact an issue?

    Did these issues just appear suddenly out of nowhere, gradually over time, after a few particularly rough masturbation sessions, etc.?

    I don't agree with the theory that you can de-condition yourself into not getting erections or having a libido by testing your erections while masturbating, btw. Sexuality and erections aren't learned behaviors that can be de-conditioned. That's why so many guys who desperately try to quit porn or masturbation and see it as the root of all evil still struggle to stop, or who are in prison turn gay. There was a novel I read about guy who spent time on death row who wrote that other guys in cells next to him would masturbate while waiting to go to the electric chair. Food, shelter, sex- these are biological needs not learned behaviors.

    One can correlate behaviors along with the most basic responses (e.g.- Pavlov's dogs).

    If someone has a negative experience during a sexual encounter, that sensation of fear can override the erectile response. The worse the fear, the worse the level of ED. What can happen then is what used to be looked forward to (sex, masturbation, etc.) is now fraught with negative associations. Each negative experience can further cement these feelings until the fear supersedes the drive to have sex. In extreme examples it can even be seen in men who solely masturbate.

    Breaking out of this cycle can require effort- on some cases significant and professional in nature.

    People can be conditioned to do certain behaviors, and in many cases, food or sex, because they are biological needs, are used as the basis of the conditioning.

    A dog would eat rat poison before it would starve itself, or if someone masturbated enough times in a room that smells bad, they would start to get a little turned on every time that they smelled that bad smell.

    It's the same reason that some guys can start to get a little turned on just by seeing a computer screen, reminding them of porn, even if they have many negative emotions surrounding porn and are trying to quit. If it were that easy to just get rid of sexual desire we would live in a very different world.

    To address your point, I think you are confusing trouble in certain situations with trouble all of the time, permanently, which is a major difference. It's very similar to if you hated someone's cooking and lost your appetite each time you were in their house, and permanently losing your appetite and just stopping eating all together.

    Ultimately, to put it bluntly, in time a male will become overwhelmed with horniness and need to masturbate or have sex. If the only way that they could ever do so was in one negative situation, any negativity of that situation would inevitably, in a matter of time, be overridden by their sexual desire, which is why so many people turn gay when in prison or why people have masturbated while on death row.

    Yeah I agree with the one who told me that I may be a hypochondriac.
    I am having this problem in mild level.

    Also I want to tell my story.
    In 2014 summer, there was no problem, good libido, frequent hard ons to make me masturbate even in the library and that was the time that I am trying to get a governmental job and it was a hard working and sitting approximately 8 to 10 hours time for 1 year (which may have damaged to me).

    I was not having sex for 2 years (since 2012) and I was in good health but you know you are thinking about your sexual performance after giving that much break for sex.
    On August 2014 I lost my morning wood. I also got my job.

    A stressful and unbalanced eating habit period started because I was in another state for my job.

    One day (immediately after a stressful period) I lost my libido too.
    And I wanted to try having sex to test myself and I had a normal sex with a %70 erection and when I waited enough for a refractory period I couldnt get it up which I was not having two years ago with having at least 3 maximum 7 time ejaculation.

    It made me so shocked and worried that I got depressed and started to check myself obsessively by masturbation.

    I checked my testosterone and it came 633 total.

    I tried to distinguish my problem whether it is organic or non organic because for my doctor it is psychological (not used any Doppler or other test except testosterone) but somehow I was not getting morning woods.

    After having a stressful 7 month period I checked my hormones and it came 520 total testosterone that time.



    Now, I am able to have sex for 1 hour with a %80-90 erection if I do not ejaculate. ( I dont know how hard it was before because I was not checking)

    But having no morning woods sometimes having in the night but not a rager just a %60 or 70 hardness.
    Also if I stop stimulation it fades away 'in 10 seconds if I am masturbating and 20 seconds if I am having real sex and this made me worried about a venous leakage.
    But doctor refuses my having venous leakage and not using Doppler scan by saying it is psychological whether I got a morning wood or not does not matter for him.

    He says if you can have sex without medications you have no problem.

    He has no explanation for my low libido, morning wood loss and my erection quality when I stand up which decreasing to %70.

    Yesterday I tested myself by having 30 minutes sex with my girlfriend it was good and no erection problem and I ended it without ejaculation (i am trying to be more horny by not ejaculating and yes I can control it)

    And after 1 hour we wanted to do it again and it was 1 hour and I tried anal sex for the second time. this time was very hard to get in and I forced too much my penis because she hardened her muscles. At the end we succeeded but there was a little pain in my penis after sex.

    Today I am worried about whether I damaged my veins or not because my erection is subsiding like the symptoms I lived when masturbate too much ....

    You were considered fine by your doctors, you're able to have sex twice a day (even if the sessions aren't perfect), and your T levels are good. IMO, your worrying is creating the problems. It can be hard to believe for some, but anxiety can continue to cause increasingly worse problems the more its allowed to develop. Your best course of action would be to fix the issue at its source.
