Hello PG!

I have a question for you. So some sites say solo sex is bad for your erection(all the ,but not limited to, NoFap sites), some sites say its very benefitable, which is correct? I am asking because I myself sometimes cant get fully erect without fantasizing and just from the feeling I get from touching it(I have a sweet spot and its really pleasurable but at times its just doesnt make me hard). Should I stop or its good to try a couple times a day to achieve erection without fantasizing(training it) ? I haven't watched porn for a long time.
