Question about ED and PE

Hi. 41. Diabetic. Have ED. Used oral meds without much success.

Currently,using Trimix. It works pretty well.

Does anyone have any input on using a numbing spray like Promescent with Trimix? Will the spray reduce the effect of the Trimix and ruin the erection?

Also is there any issue with using a spray with a pill such as duloxetine which supposedly helps you,last longer as well?

Kind of rushed for input.
