i have like an hour or a little better everyday for working out. i was thinking of trying to work on my body on mon, wed and fri and doing pe on tue, thur, sat and sun. can anyone tell me or reccomend where i could find a good 3X a week body workout? or just let me know if this is stupid and wouldnt really do me any good.

I do something similar, using my PE rest days to run or swim. I think it works out very well. Pick something cardio that you enjoy and do it on your rest days.Pirate Diplomacy:
