  • getting a routine

    i have like an hour or a little better everyday for working out. i was thinking of trying to work on my body on mon, wed and fri and doing pe on tue, thur, sat and sun. can anyone tell me or reccomend where i could find a good 3X a week body workout? or just let me know if this is stupid and wouldnt really do me any good.

    I do something similar, using my PE rest days to run or swim. I think it works out very well. Pick something cardio that you enjoy and do it on your rest days.

        Do you go to a gym? I would suggest spacing out muscle groups, but also throwing in cardio everyday after a weight-workout.

          first off think im gonna keep sleep in the routine, i think its needed and i really like it. and i dont have a gym membership. im starting to try and pick some stuff up myself, starting with a new weight bench. the one i have right now will not let you space your grip out at all.
