If you'd like to lose weight and really don't want to go on a strict diet, then intermittent fasting is a great way to do it!
Just don't eat for 16 hours. So it goes like this.... when you eat the last meal of the day, don't eat again for 16 hours. If you have dinner at 6:00 pm, then don't eat or drink anything except water again until 12:00 pm the next day. If you have coffee in the morning make it black. It will help if you limit complex carbs too. Just cut back on potato, bread, rice, pasta etc.
