Sometimes i can get very insecure it can consume me and depress me. I try to meditate and it does help for a while but the thoughts eventually come back to nag me that i'm not enough someone else is better. I know rationally theirs always someone bigger and better then you are but i keep mind fing myself.
This doesn't happen everyday but some days it can get pretty bad.
So does anyone have any tips on what worked for them to help their confidence or any tips how to keep negative thoughts away.

I believe that they do. But not the way most guys think. I think its not a dealbreaker for them most of the time but they prefer and like someone bigger then average to a extent.
I don't know but honestly i think they do.

Women like nice guys, guys that make them laugh, kind, good sense of humor, will be there to help them and be a friend. Dick size is way down the list.

I just wish i didn't have that insecurity problem. I think porn contributes a lot towards it so im going to try quitting hopefully it helps. As well as PE so im taking some positive steps.

Yep even the guys there are not realistic. The average erect bone press penis length from the review King’s College London where they measured 15000 men was 5.17inches. And most men are not that muscular/ have that low bodyfat.
I mean the only thing i have over them is my height i guess have to look at the positives.

My tip would be to reconcile your belief that physical attributes define you in a positive or negative way. THEY.DO.NOT! You're positive about being tall, for some reason, but just as those attributes that you're negative about shouldn't define you, neither should your height. Height isn't a positive or negative attribute (unless it comes in handy for something like replacing light bulbs or crawling under the house) and is nothing more than an objective measurement. Your belief that physical attributes say something about you as an individual is an unhealthy perspective.
And to your point about muscular and lean guys... This is a bit different. First, understand that when it comes to physical attraction, people respond to many different body types (In fact, a number of studies have shown that too much muscle can be a turn off, but I digress). Being muscular and lean is a physical manifestation of something you're doing. If being fit and healthy is important to you, you'll be happiest when you're making that a priority. And it will show in your outward appearance. Sure, that can be very attractive to some people, but it has to be a result of it being an important part of your own well-being.
A person's height, hair color, nose shape, dick size, or whatever attributes are in their DNA, should not be assigned positive or negative values and you should stop measuring your own self against them. That's my tip.
