Is this normal? I’m always 5’9 in the morning and shrink down to 5’8 i have heard the your spine compresses during the day but at most 1 cm I’m wondering if this has to do with me being over weight? I also have a tilt in my shoulders and have lower back pain on my lift side when I sit, which brings me to the point when I exercise my left side seems to get more sore then my right side of my body so I do have a bit of muscle imbalance. Since I was 15 I always used to sit on computer and had this weird position where keyboard was down near my thighs and mouse was on desk and topping this with 7 hours of sitting in class I’m 20 now been working out and keeping a clean diet Should I focus on yoga to fix my posture?
