As the title says it, anyone know of good protein shakes or supplements that I can take to both increase muscle mass/lean muscle but that would also be beneficial with PE? One that has both would be AWESOME but if there isn't at least one that you guys have tried and has helped you with either one would be great. Thanks!

DHEA is great for this, as well as being a positive mood booster. one of my favorite supplements ever.The force is strong with you young Skywalker. Obi Wan has trained you well.

Antioxidans are good for body in general. I'm certain that they will help with any mental/physical activity. Just don't expect miracles using them.Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm

If a guy is working on a PE routine that has girth work included, anything that will help improve blood flow to the penis is a good idea. It's not going to "grow" your penis on its own of course. I would think though, that improved blood flow will help with erection quality during a girth session and therefor act 'synergistically' with your routine.
