  • Supplements to gain muscle but also help with PE?

    As the title says it, anyone know of good protein shakes or supplements that I can take to both increase muscle mass/lean muscle but that would also be beneficial with PE? One that has both would be AWESOME but if there isn't at least one that you guys have tried and has helped you with either one would be great. Thanks!

    Someone told me about Vitamin E with Tocopherol 1000UI but I have not consumed this

        i use creatine, no2, multivitamin and hopefully tribulous here soon.

        Starting Stats:
        BPEL: 6.5"
        EG: 5.25

        1st Goal:
        BPEL 6.75"
        EG: 5.25"

        2nd Goal:
        BPEL: 7"
        EG: 5.5"

          DHEA is great for this, as well as being a positive mood booster. one of my favorite supplements ever.

            Did it help you more with muscle gain or with PE gains??

              I'm not so sure about DHEA. I know a very closed friend of mine who get no succes with taking it. So, looking for a professional advice
              cheap supplements
              would be great!

                To be honest with ya... i don't think your gonna find a professional advice on that! "bodybuilding" and PE are imo two very different things.

                  Antioxidans are good for body in general. I'm certain that they will help with any mental/physical activity. Just don't expect miracles using them.
                  Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
                  Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
                  Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.

                  Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...

                    I'm getting good results using Super Royal Maca root with DIM for men, Prolab Horny Goat weed with tribulus, yohimbe, and ginko biloba, Omega-3, CoQ10, Resveratrol, Green Tea Extract, Selenium, and L-Carnitine... I don't take every vitamin every day
                    Jan 1 2016: 6.6" BPEL 4.4" MSEG

                      If a guy is working on a PE routine that has girth work included, anything that will help improve blood flow to the penis is a good idea. It's not going to "grow" your penis on its own of course. I would think though, that improved blood flow will help with erection quality during a girth session and therefor act 'synergistically' with your routine.

                          A lot of lifting supplements have l-arginine for this matter. To tell you the truth almost every pre-workout have l-arginine because it helps speed up blood flow and is thought to help with Nitro Oxide production in the body

                            I have wondered about taking N.O. explode for PE workouts but I always though the caffeine would be counter productive
