  • What muscles should be trained for sex

    I don't have many sexual experiences, but I would like to know what muscles should be trained to be good at it besides your penis of course and maybe what types of exercises could be used to increase strength and endurance in these muscles.

      Abs and back, biceps, triceps ect it depends what positions you are going for? Training your core(abs and lower back) will help a lot!

      If you are talking about actually lasting longer then kegels amd reverse kelels will help

        The brain muuscle, the rest will follow. I reckon abs would be good.

          All muscles, not ignoring muscular endurance & cardio fitness IMO is best for sex.

            All muscles. The more athletic the better imo. Strong legs, glutes arms and core are most important imo but focusing on purely developing those muscle groups would be unwise. Just make sure you'll have a healthy strong athletic physique

              Yep! That is what I am doing joined a local gym, doing pool as well
              In regard to kegel well I have a booking for specialist nurse to check my pelvic floor in my birthday suit

                  Hips...I have done Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2007 and have not seen my instructors with problems with ladies haha (they joke about that), basically you use the hips for everything.

                      You have been given great ideas. As for me the lady better get those muscles in shape; this way I can just lie there and watch the game while she does all the work. Well it works for me!( but not very often)

                          Well be interesting to see what she has to say, especially in regard to reverse kegels. They seem to be slow adopting them in the mainstream.
