Well not sure if this is the best place, but what times of days do you do your workout and PE? How does one effect the other? Or even better what is your workout and pe routine and rotation?

I PE in the morning and workout in the afternoon or evenings, they don't affect eachother.

I usually work out then pe about an hour to 2 hours after i have worked out

i try to do them at the same time. im not allowed at my gym anymore

I do half my workout in the shower straight after waking up, go to the gym, and then I finish my PE workout in the shower when I get home

I practice p.e. when my dick is "flushed flaccid." I work out in the evening.

I work out when it is my workout day and when i feel like it and then i do my P.E after the shower orin it oe just before, what ever i feel like on the day.

Only thing I've realized is if I balloon for 3 days and then ejaculate on the 4th, on the 5th day i'm not nearly as ferocious in the gym, Trying to make some sort of attribution between ejaculation and athletic performance. I would say you could even exercise on alternating days, like when your muscles are recovering, exercise your unit and visa versa... this way you make the best use of time.
