  • I'm losing fat pad?

    I've noticed that since I started PE a month ago that my fat pad seems to be getting a lot tighter.

    I've also noticed that other muscles in my body are feeling a lot tighter (I used to work out so I've got a good eye for this stuff.) I've made no efforts to lose weight yet it seems like something i'm doing is not only building muscle but also helping me naturally burn fat.

    My question is has anyone else noticed this? I mean I have maybe been making slightly smarter meal choices but in no way would I consider what i'm doing as dieting.

    I really doubt that the 100 jeqling and 60 V jeqling i'm doing a day is responsible for this. (these are the only manual workouts I do.)

    Even my ol'lady has noticed the changes. She knows I PE and at first fought me tooth and nail on it but shes warming up to it
