  • My quest on getting cut.

    I mean I really want to get into shape. I been trying or so long, several years in fact..I thought about going for a run every day but it so damn hot outside 100F+ every day , i do not even know what to do anymore.

    Currently 220 @ 5'10. size 32 waist

    152lbs 5'9'' 32.5 waist and people say I'm too skinny. Sign up for the gym. And eat healthy. Fat will melt away.

      Jump rope. Hands down the best alternate to running. You burn about the same amount of calories with less impact on your joints, i.e. knees. I believe every 60 minutes you burn somewhere around 900-1000 calories while jump roping, and 1000-1100 sprinting. Just a suggestion, hook it up with some rep if you're down.
