Has anyone on here ever recieved any redness around the head or shaft of their penis after exercising this could last for hours to days? I would like some feed back on some common to rare negative results anyone has recieved after doing their routines.

Redness or red spots are common, especially for beginers. This is a sign of slight overwork, cured by backing off until your penis is more conditioned.
