Hello.

So i have this quite bad skin problem. I think it's called turkey neck as some time ago I found information about it and I think it might be restored with exercises?
I just can't find any information now how to restore it. Can you guys give me a link to the exercises of dealing with penis turkey neck? I have just made a video of how it looks:
